New Growth

I am like a post fiend today, but while pulling back my hair I noticed that I have a grey hair right in the front-left of my head right around the hairline. I usually either pluck it or leave it alone, but I realize now that I can use it to measure my new growth. It has a distinct definition between black and grey (I got my hair dyed black [semi-permanent] that last time I got a perm). I want to get my hair dyed again, but I am afraid that it will damage my hair too much. I kind of want to try henna and indigo, but I haven't found anywhere around here (R,VA) that sells henna or indigo. Let alone 90% of the products I want to try.

Anyone know of any places in Richmond close to VCU that sell that kind of stuff?
